Gaurav brings over 20 years of experience across corporate finance, investment banking, capital markets and strategic advisory, with deep expertise in transaction execution, global delivery and client engagement. He has worked extensively with investment banks and advisory firms across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, supporting complex financial and strategic initiatives.

As Director, Head of Global Delivery, Gaurav focuses on transaction advisory, execution excellence and building scalable client engagement models. He brings strong expertise in managing global teams, operational transformation and AI-enabled process optimization to deliver high-impact advisory outcomes.

Prior to Alethea Advisors, Gaurav held leadership roles at Acuity Knowledge Partners and Moody’s Analytics. He holds an MBA in Finance and brings a strong blend of financial expertise, analytical rigor and global market experience.
